Anatomia

Every call, sorted by who needs a nurse first.

Calls arrive as cases with a suggested priority, the protocol behind it and the patient's chart beside them.

The emergency goes to the top.

Cases sort by priority, then by how long they have waited. A caller who rang last can still be seen first.

One nurse line, part by part.

  1. Log a call

Staff take the call down live, or bring in a voicemail or a transcript. Red flags show while they type.

  2. AI triage

Red-flag rules set the floor. AI suggests the priority, likely causes, next steps and the protocols it used.

  3. The nurse inbox

Queues by department, most urgent first, with holds, response targets and after-hours routing.

  4. Doctor sign-off

The nurse hands off with a drafted SBAR. The doctor signs off the plan and the message to the patient.

  5. The secure page

Patients read the answer behind a one-time code and their date of birth, and can say they still have concerns.

  6. Follow-ups

Post-op check-ins go out by text or email on the days the guide sets. Answers that need a nurse open a case.

Ready on day one.
