A pilot runs for eight weeks on your own calls.
At the end you move onto a plan, or you stop and we return or destroy your data as the BAA sets out.
Week 1
Setup
We set up your hours, holidays, queues, staff and roles with you. Your medical director reviews and adopts the protocols.
Week 2
EHR and training
Your EHR admin registers Anatomia. We train your nurses, doctors and front desk live, on synthetic patients.
Weeks 3 to 7
Real calls
Your team logs and triages real calls. We meet weekly and adjust queues and routing with you.
Week 8
Success review
Response times by priority, overrides and the safety report, against the goals set in week 1. Then you decide.

It depends on your locations and staff. We quote after one call, and agree the pilot's terms in writing before it starts.

No. Your number and phone system stay as they are, and staff log each call in Anatomia as they take it.
It is yours. At the end we return it or destroy it on your instructions, as the BAA sets out.
